Spiritual alchemical transformation is fast tracked by the conscious connection and deeper devotion to a higher power, God, Source, Great Spirit, whatever you choose to call it.

Spiritual Alchemy is not a journey everyone chooses to embark upon and embrace.

There are people that have a hard time trusting in the unseen spiritual realms. This path requires patience, unshakeable faith, surrender, trust, and journeying into the unknown based on your higher guidance.

You may already be living like this and now you know you’re a Spiritual Alchemist.

Wherever you’re at on your journey, I invite you to deepen your connection to a higher power and what that means to you. This is hugely beneficial for your life. I have a journaling practice below that will help you get clear with that.

When you choose to devote your life to a higher power, it can feel chaotic before it gets better, at first. There is an accelerated shedding and letting go of everything you thought to be true.

This can be intense for those who rather be in the comfort of their own pain, suffering, beliefs and stories.

People become familiar with this and have a hard time letting go of what they perceive as an identity. So you may resist the changes at first because it seems too hard and exhausting. Like you have so far to go from where you are.

Take it moment to moment. Let the higher power guide you. This is just your human trying to keep you safe and small.

JOURNAL PROMPT & PRACTICE

I invite you to set a sacred space before journaling. Center yourself, take a few deep breaths, and give yourself permission to express freely, without ANY inhibitions.

Here are some tips to help you journal:

• Put your inner critic aside
• Let the words flow, even if it doesn’t make logical sense
• If a word or phrase pops into your head, write it
• Expression is the goal, not perfection
• Your writing doesn’t need to sound refined or be grammatically correct (just write!)
• The more you allow the words to just flow, the more new insights will emerge for you
• Feel free to return to any of these questions again, as you might receive new ideas later on
