I want to chat about managing your vibration and energetic hygiene.

This can lead to immense frustration, leaving you feeling on edge, sad, irritated and overwhelmed.

Especially when you can't point where the heck it is coming from.

I have a helpful solution! Something special I want to share with you.

What I am about to share will give you clarity and a reprieve from the heaviness you may be carrying. It will also strengthen your auric field and assist with your personal and spiritual growth.

MEET THE VIOLET FLAME

I invite you to close your eyes and feel the violet flame surround your whole being.

Visualize this violet flame penetrating every cell, atom and molecule of your being.

As you do this, set the intention to allow it to transmute dense, heavy energy.

The violet flame is one of the highest frequencies. It is a magical elixir.

The more you utilize it, the stronger and quicker it works.

Its wavelength and energy allow even the densest of particles to be transmuted into higher quotients of light.

PART 2: VIOLET FLAME AND MITOCHONDRIA

Now I am going to invite you to take a second and visualize your mitochondria filled with this violet flame.

You have about 500-1000 mitochondria per cell.

There are quadrillions of mitochondria housed in your body.

Your mitochondria know what to do with this energy and they thank you, for assisting them in clearing out cellular debris, before they have to commit cellular suicide.

You see your cells are carrying the overload of your emotional and environmental stress and if you don’t create practices to help decrease toxic overload you can create a cascade of disease and disharmony in your life.

The violet flame is a substantial tool to apply in your daily routine. You can use it in the bath, shower, while you're walking in nature, in meditation.

The key is to do it daily for 3-5 min! Try it for 30 days!

The violet flame's healing powers get stronger the more you use it.

Your body will acclimate to its frequency over time. It’s like quenching your thirst when you’re dehydrated with amazing fresh spring water. This plumps and enlivens your energy field. Your auric field strengthens, and your spirit illuminates behind the eyes.

It is the ultimate transmuter. Meaning it shifts energy from a lower state to a higher state.

Color ray technology will be medicine of the future.

We will see so many advances in the mind-body connection through visualizing these rays in organs, arteries, veins and tissues.

Your brain will respond to the frequency of the violet ray and catalyze neurotransmitters that facilitate a deeper healing.

Remember your brain cannot decipher what is real or imagination. So, use the power of visualization for cellular and energetic health.
