No one is going to come save you and do it for you!

YOU have to choose to step out of judgment, lack and victim mentality.

You get to choose to empower yourself and release the CONSTRAINTS and imprisonments.

The only way out of your old stories is to LOVE yourself and forgive.

Really, you get to decide to step out of the jail cell you have placed yourself in.

You can choose freedom.

Self-Love Is The Key

know you hear this all the time, but the way you love yourself is true richness.

The way you treat yourself and others is proportional to the quality of richness you are experiencing in your life.

Are you quick to gossip?
Are you quick to criticize?
Do you demean yourself and others?
Do you direct anger, bitterness or harshness to others?

All of this is like throwing arrows at others that ricochet back and harm you too!

It’s a boomerang effect.

So if you are feeling stuck right now, the first step is loving yourself and working on the anger and rage that is bottled up.

This is huge right now!

The sadness and grief follows the movement of this energy as it clears (because sadness/grief tend to be underneath anger).

Forgive and let love heal all the wounds.

The tigers and lions literally are showing me an image of them licking their wounds and healing themselves.
