Let's start with an affirmation experience here.

As you read the affirmation below, really feel it.

Acknowledge all of the processes going on in your body to keep you alive. Acknowledge the life force energy flowing through you.

This is true abundance. You are a living miracle.

Be present with yourself as you speak the words aloud and feel the gift of your vibrant, abundant nature.

Our sacred birthright is peace, vibrancy, abundance and harmony.

Yet we live in a world that fuels lack, limitation, drama, unhealthy competition, comparison, jealousy, addiction and indecent, abusive, manipulative behavior.

We are seeing a rise in the misuse of power — and addictions — collectively.

This can be in the media, within ourselves, family, friendships and work places.

The light is being shined on the shadow parts that need healing.

Currently, themes many are dealing with are grief, sadness, frustration and feeling emotionally imbalanced.

ARE YOU FEELING THE UNEASINESS OF THE CURRENT EMOTIONAL STIRRINGS?

I invite you to take an honest look at what you are feeling and being invited to transcend at this time.

Take a moment and just briefly go through these questions.

It is so important for us to slow down and tune into the reality we’re currently experiencing and creating.

These are questions I frequently check in with, because I know that this impacts the overall quality of my life.

• How are you being treated in your relationships?
• Do you feel nourished in your relationships?
• How do you treat others?
• How do you treat yourself?
• Are you respected?
• Are you taken advantage of?
• Do you find yourself getting nasty, argumentative, judgmental and volatile during stressful times?
• How are you feeling currently about your financial situation and money flow?
• Do you feel you live an abundant life?
• What is holistic abundance?

Create a sacred space to journal or contemplate those questions. You can do this right now, after reading the rest of this newsletter, or another time. It’s up to you.

Remember, the deeper you go with these questions, the more you’ll get out of it.

HOLISTIC ABUNDANCE

Holistic abundance is the manifestation of what is truly important to you on a soul level.

This may be much different than what your ego wants. So if things aren't coming to fruition, it may not be in alignment with your soul's true calling. Keep that in mind.

There are so many manipulating forces and black magic being used to hijack our brain and distort what true power, money and abundance is. This has made it harder for people to actually feel and listen to their soul's essence.

Social media, tv and entertainment are flooded with highlights of people:

• Climbing the corporate ladder
• Flaunting the perfect body
• Obtaining dream homes, cars and vacation homes
• Having 6 figure plus incomes
• Traveling in luxury
• Flaunting expensive clothes and material items
• Obsessing over plastic surgery
• Chasing fame

Yes, you can obtain all of this from soul alignment and be fulfilled. However, we see most people obtaining this from lack consciousness. They are trying to prove their worth and receive validation. They get these things by manipulation and not living in integrity.

How can we choose a better life for us and our children if we constantly live and create from pressure, lack, not-enoughness, comparison, manipulation, jealousy and insecurity?

This is a faulty foundation for humanity.

Many clients I work with come to realize that wealth resides in soul alignment (simplicity, true love and the freedom to create and live wherever you want, doing what you love).
