Hello Beautiful Soul,
Do you trust yourself?
Do you believe in your ability to create something new and expansive for yourself?
Do you believe it is possible to heal yourself?
I have sat with these questions often over the last two decades of my life.
I see so many clients and myself at times get thrown off from what I call “the doubt monglers” lol.
The voices that come up and say, "Things are too risky." They say things like, “Don’t do this, you're not safe, you’re not good enough, you should be panicking, etc.”
RESISTANCE & EXPANSION
I recently decided to go on a solo adventure. This decision I made opened a can of unconscious fears that have been blocking my full potential.
The healing process started as soon as I made this decision to expand.
This is not the first time I felt the gnawing of doubt and fear. It has happened after big investments, moves, relationship situations and career changes.
It happens every time I am going through a big expansion — where the decision I’m making is literally going to change my life and I have to trust why I made the decision in the first place.
These decisions always reveal core beliefs about myself that are no longer serving my highest good.
It actually is a beautiful process, if we trust and tend to the insecurities, worries and fears that arise along the way!
CAN YOU RELATE?
You say yes to something that scares and yet excites you, (or just excites you) and then the voice kicks in that questions everything.
These solstice energies are highlighting that voice. It’s showing you what you fear, resist and how you self sabotage. All the ways you keep yourself stuck.
So what is coming up for you right now?
Pause and reflect.
As humans, most of our fears come around money, health, career and relationships.
Take inventory of your thoughts and feelings around your relationships, money, health and career and see what needs to change.
If you are feeling stuck, stagnant, confused, and things are not flowing, it’s time to switch things up.
Don’t be scared to make (seemingly) drastic life changes.
I know it is easier to stay the same, but it will cost you!
Think about things you have not done because you were hung up on fears or stories from the past.
I remember when I was 19 I used to always wear a cover up over my bikini. I thought I was too fat to walk around without one. I was 113 lbs and had body dysmorphia. I look back at pictures now and think how crazy it was, and how I didn’t see my own light and beauty.
Don’t let any old narratives keep you from experiencing your best life.
I would now tell that young woman to frolic, put on a sexy bathing suit and love that body! There is nothing to be ashamed of. You are beautiful at any size.
Many of you will PIVOT into a whole new direction with these solstice energies.
The new frequency upgrades are meant to shatter the glass ceiling of what you thought was best.
As the Earth's frequency continues to shift, so will yours. You will have access to unlimited possibilities if you allow yourself to expand beyond your current parameters.
GET CLEAR ON YOUR DESIRES
I invite you to go for a walk in nature to clear your mind and ask, “What do I really want?” What do you desire? Do you trust yourself to make decisions to bring that to fruition?
Once you decide what you want, use the solstice energies to anchor it in.
Don’t give up and let the fear or excuses stop you in your tracks.
If you continue to listen to the voice of doubt, you will keep yourself limited.
The best way to grow and expand is to trust yourself, a higher power, and your body.
If you can cultivate a deep relationship with these things, you will rise at an accelerated rate.
You will also be able to soothe yourself and have sacred tool sets to calm your nervous system when it’s freaking out due to change.
We don’t use the phrase “growing pains” for no reason.
Change is uncomfortable.
You are being invited to trust yourself as you make new life changes.
