The energy is building more and more. I know you feel it, and know what I'm talking about.

There is a depth formulating.

• What are you brewing up consciously and unconsciously?
• What areas and themes of your life are still calling for your attention?

The subconscious is accessible and it’s not rocket science to rewire new beliefs. It just requires you to be mindful, aware, committed and devoted.

Are you willing to become the intuitive detective of why you are creating certain scenarios?

Let’s get intimate with what’s going on with you.

You are going to have a date with yourself.

Schedule a 15-20 minute appointment with YOU!

Create a peaceful environment for yourself, where you can relax and hear what wants to be revealed and seen to you.

Maybe light a candle, run some essential oils in your diffuser and burn some Palo Santo.

Create a rich environment for you to lean into.

Grab a journal or your computer and let’s dive in and automatically write the answers to these questions.

Now with automatic writing, there is no right or wrong. You are allowing yourself to free write. As you do this, you can release a tremendous amount of stagnant energy, emotions, and gain CLARITY!

Remember, you have all the answers within you.

You just have to actually take the time to ask and receive. Then trust what you are receiving!

Take a few deep breaths, relax your body, calm your mind and let the words flow as you write your answers to these questions.

• Where have you been placing your energy?
• What have you been doing that expands your energy?
• What have you been focusing on?
• Are you doing what you love for a living?
• Do you believe your financial earnings match the frequency that you are broadcasting?
• What is the predominant energy you are broadcasting?
• What is the quality of your predominant thoughts and language?
• What are the predominant emotions you are feeling today?
• What wants to be seen, released and healed?
• How can you improve your health?
• What relationships need your attention?
• Do you self-sabotage your connections with others from past woundings?
• How can you forgive and let go?

I know there are a lot of questions here, but the more we inquire, the more we learn what is stored in our bodies and how we may be recreating similar situations over and over again.

After you are done free writing, read over what you wrote.

Take some time to digest it all.

Now we seal this practice with offering lower energies, behaviors, beliefs and thought forms to the violet ray of transmutation.

You can use your imagination and visualize what no longer serves you taking on a form. Allow this form, creature, object, whatever you chose to be placed in the violet flame of transmutation.

Pray that it all be transmuted into its highest expressions of love and forgiveness.

You can do this practice as often as you need to become more aware of your current state of consciousness.

Remember, it fluctuates day-to-day.

We are human. We have our good days and our bad days.

You have the power to shift your reality at any time.
